Thu, March 24, 2022 |  12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EDT

Collectively we can all #BreakTheBias.

Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day.

We can break the bias in our workplaces. Whether deliberate or unconscious, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists isn’t enough, action is needed to level the playing field.

Together, we can all break the bias – let’s share best practices and actionable next steps.
