It’s time to advocate for women at work
The facts are simple and well-documented. Women make on average 79 cents to men for the same work. This has a compounding effect on families and the economy of $430,000 over the lifetime of a woman’s career. And, 85% of the leaders making decisions about women in business, are men. Therefore, men have to get involved.
It was a pleasure to talk with Bernadette Boas about how to get men involved in advocating for women in the workplace.
