Jeffery Tobias Halter is a corporate gender strategist and leading expert on engaging men to advance women. He is president of YWomen, a strategic consulting company based in Georgia. He says that especially after the Women’s March on Washington and other marches and rallies, conversations around workplace equality are not going away, and it’s time for men to join the fight to change workplace culture and policies.
