Gender Advocacy Program

In this day long program, participants will examine the day-to-day changes they need to make to move from being passive supporters of advancing women to company ambassadors and advocates. Time may also be allocated to allow attendee’s to learn train-the-trainer techniques in order to deploy the concepts and strategies more broadly in the organization.
