Celebrating 10 Years of Kickstarting Gender Equity Conversations at Work

YWomen: Advancing women and engaging men as allies and advocates

I launched YWomen 10 years ago to do one simple thing – create more conversations about engaging men in advancing women at work. What an incredible journey it’s been!

By my rough estimate, we’ve helped initiate close to 100,000 workplace conversations around gender. That seems like a lot, but it pales in comparison to the millions of women and men in the workplace.

My new goal is to reach

1 million women AND MEN in the next five years.

That’s where you come in!

Think about where you were 10 years ago in your career. Consider these questions:

  • Who and what made it possible to be where you are today?
  • What do you wish could’ve been different along the way?
  • Is there something you can do today to implement those changes for colleagues who are 10 years behind you?
  • What changes would you make for those who are entering the workforce or joining your company today?
  • What would it mean to the overall health and success of your company if you did?

Free BRG Programming for a Year!

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of YWomen and help you reach your goals of engaging men to advance women, I’m sharing a special gift with you — one free license for our Creating Gender Advocates (CGA) virtual series (a $1,000 value) and 50% off future purchases of the CGA series.

CGA provides an interactive playbook to explore gender differences and biases in the workplace and to design action plans to move your company from awareness to advocacy and action. It also provides a year’s worth of programming and gender conversations for your BRG and staff meetings.

To obtain your free license*, please provide us with your email and a little additional information using this link.

Thank you for your support for 10 years of advancing women in the workplace! Please share this offer with your friends and colleagues in other organizations to help us accomplish our goal of 1 million men and women reached!
