Form #1: The Evolved Selling Model Planning Form
This planning tool, completed prior to the call, takes the seller through the six steps in the Evolved Selling Model by asking questions that prepare him or her to meet the challenges along the way.
Form #2: The EVOLVE Tool Planning Form
The second form should be completed before the sales call. This tool will keep gender differences on the salesperson’s mind by asking questions that involve personal reflection and deep honesty around gender. The questions follow the EVOLVE Tool format and ask questions that may arise from each letter of the Tool
Form #3: The Evolved Selling Call Follow-up Form
Once the call has been completed, it’s time to analyze and plan for follow-up action. The Evolved Selling Call Follow-up form is designed to walk you step by step through that process of honest analysis. This is ideally used with a sales team or as a one on one review with the sales person and the sales manager.
